As an innovator in online recipe management, Key-Ingredient began working on a digital recipe reader which is safe for kitchen use. Recognizing a need in the market, the company built a model for a reader that is adaptable to the challenges of a culinary environment. When it came to making the model more durable and adding an innovative touch screen, Key-Ingredient turned to Pacific Access. The company needed to ensure the product was reliable, user friendly and of high quality, while maintaining a low cost. After speaking with the company, we began working on a prototype for the product that became Demy. Using customized development procedures and tooling solutions, we quickly began working with our production partners to source the materials.
